QQI Level 6 Special Purpose Award (6S3372) is made up of the following Component Certificates:

1. Training Needs Identification and Design (6N3325) 2-days
2. Training Delivery and Evaluation (6N3326) 5-days

The course will provide the skills, insight and knowledge to manage training and development in a professional manner. You will develop an awareness of the context for training and development and the key issues that impact on its planning and delivery. This course will also enable training and development professionals to develop their expertise to design, understand, identify, deliver and evaluate training within their organisation. Interactive with opportunities to practice planning, delivering and refining your own training session on a subject of your choice.

• Assignment 1: Written project – Carry out a TNA (60%)

• Assignment 2: Live training skills demonstration (40%)

Training Cancellation Policy: Registrants who cancel over 14 days in advance of scheduled training date shall incur no cancellation fee. Registrants who cancel within 14 days of scheduled training date shall incur a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the cost. Registrants who cancel within 24 hours or fail to attend training will be charged 100% of the full fee.
