This course is designed for people from diverse industries and organisations including business owners, managers, supervisors and HR professionals. The objective of the course is to develop and enhance your skills in coaching, leadership and communication. This will enable you to incorporate these skills into the workplace, adding significant value to the business across areas such as productivity, performance and motivation. The course is delivered in a distinctive style, combining cutting edge content and theory with focused experiential learning. Unique to this course is student access to online support, resource materials and demonstration videos. On completion of the course, you are eligible to apply to the EMCC at Practitioner level and gain Certified Coach credentials from the internationally recognized ICF.

Training Cancellation Policy: Registrants who cancel over 14 days in advance of scheduled training date shall incur no cancellation fee. Registrants who cancel within 14 days of scheduled training date shall incur a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the cost. Registrants who cancel within 24 hours or fail to attend training will be charged 100% of the full fee.

This Trainee Profile Form is used by Skillnet Ireland and Rural Enterprise Skillnet (the “Learning Network”) to collect information relating to participants on training programmes partially or fully-funded by Skillnet Ireland from the National Training Fund through the Department of Further and Higher Education, Research, Innovation and Science. Skillnet Ireland is mandated by the Department to monitor and evaluate training programmes and to ensure that funds are being used appropriately.

Skillnet Ireland and the Learning Network will comply with all applicable Data Protection Legislation in the processing of the information and personal data provided by you in this Form.

WHAT WE USE YOUR PERSONAL DATA FOR

We use your personal data for the following purposes:

  1. Delivering Skillnet Ireland training programmes via the Learning Network.
  2. Monitoring the training programmes of the Learning Network. Skillnet Ireland is required by the Department to perform compliance reviews, evaluations of the training programmes, quality assurance and to verify attendance at training. You may be contacted either by telephone or email for these purposes.
  3. For the purposes of providing aggregated statistical information to the Department to help inform national policy in relation to skills.

You may be contacted by third parties, contracted by Skillnet Ireland to perform monitoring and evaluation activities for these specific purposes only.
